Disability Employment Strategy


DVA is committed to supporting the Australian Public Service Disability Employment Strategy 2020-25 objectives of focusing on the attraction, recruitment and retention of people with disability,  in addition to creating more accessible and inclusive workplace cultures and environments.

DVA has developed a tailored  Disability Employment Strategy 2021 – 2025 strategy which represents the Departments continued commitment to improving employment outcomes for people with disability at DVA. This strategy provides a comprehensive plan to introduce new initiatives and improve existing programs to increase employment outcomes and address barriers that people with disability may face in the workplace.
