From 1 May 2011, agencies are required by the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act) to publish on the web the full text of any annual report they prepare that is laid before the Parliament. Additionally, agencies are required to publish information they hold that is routinely provided to the Parliament in response to requests and orders from the Parliament.
