Automatic expiry is 6 months from submission of notice

Submission guidelines

All submissions will be automatically archived after 8 months, with the exception of reunions, which will be archived after the date of the reunion. Submissions will be assessed for suitability by the Vetaffairs team and notices are published at the sole discretion of DVA. 

Submissions will not be published if they contain content deemed to be inappropriate, including: 

  • requests for donations
  • offensive or discriminatory material
  • promotion of for-profit enterprises for monetary or commercial gain.

Please email all submissions promoting book releases to vetaffairs@dva.gov.au for consideration to be included in the Bookshelf section of Vetaffairs.
