Veterans’ Access Network – your first point of contact
If you’re unsure about what DVA services and supports are available to you then try calling the Veterans’ Access Network (VAN).
Antony Onyango served as a Rifleman in the Australian Army and first became aware of the Veterans’ Access Network after transitioning to civilian life.
“Knowing that there was help and I needed the help, made me reach out for the help,” he said.
Barry Heffernan served during the Vietnam War and continues to serve the veteran community as an advocate.
“I encourage any veteran who is seeking advice on any issue concerning their health or welfare to contact the VAN,” he said.
“You’ll have no problem, I have every confidence that you’ll be satisfied with their support.”
Whether you’ve got questions about the Veteran White Card, pensions or compensation, VAN can help you out.
