The DVA website has recently been refreshed to provide clearer information about the Acute Support Package (ASP), including an eligibility factsheet, how to apply and the type of supports that may be funded.
The ASP provides short-term, flexible support to help eligible veterans and veteran families adjust to new and challenging life circumstances that may result in the family experiencing crisis. Though, the ASP is not a primary emergency response service. Call triple zero (000) if you or someone you know is in immediate danger.
