Due to a planned outage of the Department of Defence’s PMKeyS system, new MyService registrations cannot be processed between 3:00 pm AEST Friday 17 July and approximately 9:00 am AEST Monday 27 July.
If you already have a MyService account, you will still be able to access and use MyService as usual.
If your request is not urgent, please wait until the system is available after 9:00 am AEST on Monday 27 July to register for MyService.
If you are a transitioning member and need support during this time, please contact the Veteran and Family Wellbeing Agency on 1800 823 922.
Veterans can also call 1800 VETERAN (1800 838 372) or visit their nearest Veterans’ Access Network (VAN) office for support.
