MyService provides a convenient way to manage your business with DVA anytime and from anywhere you have internet access. Users can submit claims and track their status, view accepted conditions, upload and download documents, and update personal details. Managing these details online can help reduce paperwork and waiting times.
If you need help at any point, there are different support options you can choose from:
- access videos and guides: Learn how to set up and use MyService with easy-to-follow video tutorials and step-by-step instructions
- email for support: Get help with documentation or claim status by emailing primary.claims@dva.gov.au
- call us: Speak to a DVA staff member for help over the phone by calling 1800 VETERAN (1800 838 372)
- register for free, personalised support: Connect with specially trained DVA staff through DVA’s Claims Lodgement Assistant (CLA) program
- visit a DVA office or Veterans’ Access Network (VAN): If you’re an ex-serving member, you can get help in person at your nearest office using the location finder
- contact a Veteran and Family Support Officer (VFSO): If you’re a current-serving member, you can arrange an appointment at a Defence base near you, by emailing VSO@dva.gov.au

MyService is accessed through myGov and we continue to make improvements based on feedback from veterans and the families of veterans.
