Grant Opportunity Guidelines now available for Bendigo Veterans’ and Families’ Hub

DVA has released the Grant Opportunity Guidelines (GoGs) for the Bendigo Veterans’ and Families’ Hub. These guidelines outline the requirements for organisations seeking to lead the delivery of the Hub, which will provide integrated services for veterans and families of veterans across Central Victoria.

About Veterans’ and Families’ Hubs

Hubs bring together a range of services in one accessible location, making it easier for veterans and families of veterans to access health and wellbeing programs, housing assistance, employment support, advocacy, and opportunities for social connection. Each Hub is designed in partnership with the local community to ensure it meets regional needs.

Why Bendigo?

Central Victoria is home to around 3,900 veterans and families of veterans, with many more living in surrounding areas. The Bendigo Hub will serve as a central point for support, connecting users with services tailored to their needs.

The establishment of a Veterans’ and Families’ Hub in Bendigo was a $5 million Australian Government federal election commitment.
