People experience grief when they lose something or someone important to them. Bereavement, grief and loss can cause many different behaviours and feelings, affecting people in various ways.
There is no ‘one way’ to grieve.
Grief is a common life experience for those connected to Defence service and it’s not always due to bereavement. This free webinar is designed to help you navigate the complex and confusing landscape of grief and loss. You will hear personal experiences and professional advice from panel members. This webinar is for veteran families who are grieving and for those who want to support them.
Hosted online on Monday 4 December 2023 from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm AEST, this free webinar will give you a better understanding of grief and the various losses that lead veteran families to this shared experience.
