We will reduce the amount we pay for illness, injury or death if you get money elsewhere for the same condition. This includes workers compensation, or if a court awards you damages, and more.
You will need to tell us if you receive a lump sum pay out from a source other than DVA
The amount we pay you under the VEA will reduce if you get a pay out from any other source
Your disability pension may be impacted by compensation from other sources
