Seeking information from family, friends, loved ones and colleagues of the 23 victims of the Archerfield Air Tragedy of 27 March 1943 for the purposes of a book. The RAAF C-47 Dakota VH-CTB (A30-16) crashed shortly after take-off from Archerfield resulting in the death of all on board. I'm seeking any eye-witness accounts, photographs, stories or reports which would assist in piecing the accident together. I'm particularly interested in hearing from loved ones and families of the accident victims to narrate the story of their lives and their careers leading up to the crash. Thank you.

Miscellaneous
I am researching the service of ADGs in Vietnam and would like to hear from any Vietnam Veterans who served in Base Support Flight or 1OSU Vung Tau who have direct knowledge of ADGs being attached to Army Units in 1967 and 1968. I would like to hear from anyone with information or memory about an ADG attached to 4RAR in July 1968. In that attachment, a battle with VC occurred at the Horseshoe, and the ADG was present when a 4RAR soldier was killed. There was a discussion between the Army and RAAF regarding his bravery and actions during that battle.
