A step-by-step guide on how to find what legislation your service-related conditions have been accepted under on your MyService account.

Finding the legislation your condition was accepted under

  1. From the front page of your MyService account, select the link for “My details”
  2. On the “My details” page, select “Cards” and open “Conditions listed”
     
     
  3. The legislation is listed under each condition

Other ways to find your legislation

If you are unable to access MyService or are uncomfortable with the system, you can request a “Confirmation of Accepted Conditions” letter from our Veterans Access Network (VAN) team. Their best contact number is 1800 (VETERAN) 1800 838 372 or you can email this request to generalenquiries@dva.gov.au.
