Important update for DVA clients seeking reimbursement for household services

Household Services clients should use the DVA Provider Upload Page (PUP) to submit reimbursement requests. Requests submitted through the PUP are able to be processed faster. Watch this animation to show you how to do this.

From 30 September 2024 the old email address (HHS.ACCOUNTS [at] dva.gov.au (HHS[dot]ACCOUNTS[at]dva[dot]gov[dot]au)) is no longer used for reimbursement requests and clients will be directed to the new email address.

If you need to, you can also email invoices to DVA.HHSClient.Reimbursements [at] DVA.gov.au (DVA[dot]HHSClient[dot]Reimbursements[at]DVA[dot]gov[dot]au.)
