MyService is an online platform accessed through myGov that allows you to manage your DVA services online. Go to myGov and sign in. Select services. Under linked service, click Department of Veterans Affairs. myGov will then redirect you to DVA. When this screen comes up, click on the register now button. In this video, we will run through the registration process for each status, so feel free to skip ahead to the part that's relevant to you. Select the status I am still serving. Before you begin filling out the online form, ensure that you have one proof of identity from the displayed list. Enter your ADF supplied PMKeyS number. And if you have it, your DVA client number. Fill out your details as best you can. Submit your proof of identity. Double check that your details are accurate and click submit. We will need to confirm your details. When we do, we will send an activation code via email within the next 24 hours. You'll then need to sign in again to enter the activation code. MyService will then be accessible. Select the status I am no longer serving. Before you begin filling out the online form, ensure that you have two proof of identity documents from the displayed list. Enter your PMKeyS number if you have access to it. If not, enter your service number. And if possible, your DVA client number. Fill out your details as best you can. Submit your two proof of identity documents. Double check that your details are accurate and click submit. We will need to confirm your details. When we do, we will send an activation code via email within the next 24 hours. You'll then need to sign in again to enter the activation code. MyService will then be accessible. Select the status I have never served. Before you begin filling out the online form, ensure that you have two proof of identity documents from the displayed list.
