Upkeep Costs for Psychiatric Assistance Dogs

DVA will accept financial responsibility for reasonable upkeep costs and maintenance of a psychiatric assistance dog supplied by DVA.
Applications for reimbursement should be submitted on an D9401 – Claim for assistance dog expenses and must be supported by paid itemised accounts or receipts.
