DVA Health Consultative Forum


Key aims of the Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) Health Consultative Forum (the Forum) include: 

  • promoting and supporting collaboration and partnership between the DVA and peak bodies representing the health sector
  • addressing health issues of strategic importance to the ex-service and defence communities
  • assisting DVA in setting strategic health directions for the medium to long term

Membership of the Forum comprises DVA ex-officio members and representatives from a number of key health associations. The ex-service and veterans' perspective is provided by a representative from a DVA National Consultation Framework forum
