Veterans’ Health Week starts on Sunday
Are you ready for Veterans Health Week 2023, which kicks off on Sunday?
Veterans’ Health Week (VHW) is an annual initiative led by DVA, with the aim of bringing the veteran community together for fun events that promote a healthy lifestyle.
This year the theme is centered on Mental Wellness Matters, and is great opportunity to learn more about mental health and wellbeing and to connect with other veterans.
VHW events are happening now and will be held right up to the 29th of October. There is plenty to get involved in from mindful mosaics in WA, high tea in QLD, barefoot bowls in WA to hot and cold therapy in SA there are variety of events happening, even surfing and you can attend as many events as you like.
