Making DVA’s website more user-friendly

Veterans and their families will soon be able to provide feedback on a test (or beta) version of a more client-focused and responsive DVA website.

Visitors will be able to explore this new website and comment on how it meets their information needs via a feedback form on the website. The test website – – will be live from mid-July until the end of September.

The existing DVA website at will remain unchanged and available during that time.

The project to redesign DVA’s website started with listening to the veteran community about their experiences of finding information on the website. This feedback, together with other activity currently underway in DVA’s broader Transformation program, have been brought together as the foundation for the new design.
