Client Satisfaction Survey underway

DVA is conducting its next Client Satisfaction Survey between June and August in 2018. The department is seeking through the survey to understand how clients feel about their interactions with DVA, and how it can better manage these interactions in the future.

Current clients of DVA will be randomly selected to participate in the survey. Those selected will receive a letter in the mail with important information concerning the survey itself. For those who do not wish to take part, details on how to advise DVA of that will also be included. DVA encourages veterans and their families to participate, as their views can and do make a difference in how DVA provides services and support.
