About Us – oneDVA

In 2006, DVA put into place a more unified approach to how we do business with the veteran community, health providers and others. DVA is now a single, cohesive entity – oneDVA – that offers the same services to people no matter where they live.

State Offices still exist but with a different structure and purpose. For example, a State Office might now perform a service for the whole of Australia but will continue to be a local point of contact for the veteran community in that State.

oneDVA operates according to the charter set out in our corporate plan and this applies across Australia.
