VETERANS’ HOME CARE GUIDELINES
The Veterans’ Home Care (VHC) Guidelines outline VHC contractors’ responsibilities under the Deed of Standing Offer.
VHC GUIDELINES – EFFECTIVE 1 OCTOBER 2011
The Guidelines have been updated to remove outdated historical references, reduce repetition and streamline content to create a less prescriptive and easier to use reference tool for VHC contractors. The updated Guidelines also incorporate information regarding the Coordinated Veterans’ Care (CVC) program.
The updated VHC Guidelines have been separated into two documents: one for VHC service providers, and one for VHC assessment agencies.
The updated VHC Guidelines for VHC service providers and VHC assessment agencies are effective as of 1 October 2011.
