MediList

MediList is designed to provide veterans with individual information on the management of their medications. The form can be completed online and printed to enable the veteran's pharmacist or doctor to update information when changes occur. MediList is also available from pharmacies.

Dose administration aid services

The aims of the Dose Administration Aid (DAA) Service are to improve veterans’ health outcomes through better, safer use of medication.
