VHC Assessment Agencies

The Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) has recently completed a tender process for the Veterans' Home Care program. As a result referring agents should be aware that some direct telephone numbers for VHC assessment agencies will change (although the 1300 550 450 number will remain the same). This link takes you to Attachment I of the VHC Guidelines where you can view the direct telephone and fax numbers for all VHC assessment agencies.
