Optical dispensing services – Applications

In early 2007 DVA conducted a request for tender for optical dispensing services. This process has now been finalised; however, if you did not lodge a tender but are interested in providing services to the veteran community, review the tender documents below, complete the application proforma and return it as soon as possible.

Note: Do NOT post applications to the tender box as instructed in the RFT document.

While all applicants are required to meet the standards set in the tender documentation, any applications received will now be considered outside of the tender process. Every effort will be made to process these applications as quickly as possible.
