Delivering services to DVA clients
Health care providers are to provide services to veterans consistent with DVA’s Notes for Providers and the DVA fee schedule. Where a health care provider accepts a DVA repatriation health card (Gold or White) as payment for treatment provided, the provider agrees to accept the DVA fees and conditions for the services provided. Importantly this means that members of the veteran community will not be charged for treatment provided under DVA health care arrangements.
