Dental and Allied Health Fee Schedules

The fee schedule(s) for dental and each allied health discipline notates items that require prior financial authorisation. If an item requires prior financial authorisation you must contact DVA for approval prior to commencement of treatment.  The fee schedule(s) also identifies any restrictions that have been placed on particular items.
