Terms of reference for revisiting the Clarke Review recommendations

The Government is revisiting all recommendations of the Clarke Review that were not acted upon by the former Government.

The following recommendations of the Review of Veterans’ Entitlements (Clarke Review) will be revisited taking into account the viability, equity and appropriateness of each recommendation in the context of the Australian repatriation system as a whole.  A summary of the recommendations being revisited is below.
