Statements of Principles

Statements of Principles (SOPs) are determined by the Repatriation Medical Authority (RMA) under the Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986 (VEA).

They are used by the Department of Veterans' Affairs in respect of claims for disability compensation under the VEA and the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004 (MRCA) .
