Testing your Eligibility - ELMNet Module

ELMNet is the DVA Eligibility Module on the Internet. This module is a guide to veterans, their partners, and Ex-Service Organisations in investigating possible eligibility for DVA pensions and benefits; and, how to obtain them.

ELMNet will check a person's eligibility for: veteran, partner or widow status; a particular type of service recognised under the Veterans' Entitlements Act; Income Support and Disability Compensation pensions and benefits. At the end of the investigation, ELMNet will provide a summary report outlining what the veteran or partner might be eligible for, based on the answers provided.

Note : The maintenance of this module is on hold. Updates to conflicts and services after July 2004 are not adequately covered. We apologise for this inconvenience.

ELMNet will not save or store any information which you have disclosed during the investigation.

PLEASE NOTE

You are about to enter a secure part of the DVA website. Details you provide will be encrypted for your privacy. The process involves the downloading of a digital certificate to your browser.

Older Web Browsers may not support secured connections or the Department's certificate.

If you receive a warning that the certificate is out of date then you need to accept the certificate in order to proceed. Your browser will present messages to take you through the authorisation process.

Once accepted the certificate will be loaded. The certificate may take time to download depending on the performance of the internet service you are using.
