You can assist us by:
- providing us with accurate, comprehensive and current information;
- notifying us promptly of any significant changes in your circumstances,
e.g. change in income and assets, change of address, marital status;
- if dealing through an advocate, keeping the advocate informed of any changes in your circumstances,
- responding to our requests for information in a timely manner and letting us know if you are unable to reply on time;
- treating our staff with courtesy and respect; and
- understanding that our decisions are made within the legislation and guidelines we administer.
