Pharmaceutical Allowance Pharmaceutical allowance is a non-taxable payment paid fortnightly to help eligible persons meet the cost of the patient contribution (co-payment) payable for prescription items under the Repatriation Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (RPBS) and the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS).

MediList MediList is designed to provide veterans with individual information on the management of their medications.
