- In Paul Stevens letter, the last paragraph on page vi states that the Health Study excluded the veterans and children who died before this date. This could be misunderstood as meaning that children who died before this date were not included in the study. This should be changed to the veterans who died before this date and their children have been excluded ...
- Page xvii of the Executive Summary-in the third paragraph commencing The results for the veterans are as follows, colorectal cancer in the veterans should be changed from showing no significant difference in prevalence to the Australian community standard, to being significantly lower than the Australian community standard.
- Page xvii of the Executive Summaryin the fourth paragraph commencing The results for the veterans children show, the two dot points starting with Wilms tumour and Leukaemia refer to veterans children not veterans.
