  • Condolences were offered to the family of Peter Mackie who passed away recently. Jan Hyde attended the funeral. Vietnam Veterans Peacekeeper Peacemaker Federation of Australia have not yet nominated a new representative.

  • Income Support to 31 March 2012
  • Pensioner Initiated Reviews
  • Veteran and Community Grants - V&C Grants program has moved to a rolling application and decision making process
  • MRCA Review -The government responded to the MRCA review in the 2012-13 Budget
  • Household Assistance Package – Clean Energy lump sum payments have been made

  • Veterans’ Satisfaction Survey - next survey due 2012-13
  • Vetaffairs Newspaper Winter edition has been released
  • Service Development and Defence Relations
  • New Service Models - Assistance for Contemporary Widow(ers). Wounded/Injured and Complex/Multiple Needs Service Model, On Based Advisory Service
  • Commemorations – A number of upcoming anniversaries were discussed
  • MyAccount - Currently there are 1800 enrolled, nearly 200 in Tasmania. The program is being rolled out nationally
