This booklet is designed to help older Australians achieve sufficient physical activity for good health. Physical activity can help prevent some illnesses, reduce stress, enhance mental wellbeing and provides a great opportunity to enjoy activity with family and friends.

This booklet shows simple ways to build exercise and activity into a daily routine. Included are descriptions of different types of exercises, an activity planner and advice on coping with health problems and overcoming setbacks.
