DVA E-government Framework
The DVA E-government Framework sets out activities and future intentions of DVA in the area of E-business and electronic service delivery. The DVA E-government Framework is based on an understanding of both DVA's client base and the broader environment in which the Department operates. This document has been developed within the context of the Better Services Better Government Strategy.
