The Consolidated Library of Information and Knowledge (CLIK) contains the Department's legislation, policy and reference material. It is an integrated electronic library using a specialised publishing application (E-Publish). CLIK is continuously being improved to better meet users' needs.
Internet version of CLIK
CLIK is experiencing intermittent technical problems relating to some 64-bit computers. We apologise for this issue. While we are working to resolve this issue an estimated time of resolution cannot be provided.

CLIK is presented here using the Citrix Receiver. Access CLIK by using the Launch CLIK link. If you are accessing CLIK for the first time and experience difficulty in installing the Citrix Receiver plug-in, refer to the following instructions:
CD version of CLIK
The CLIK CD is provided free of charge to Ex-Service Organisations and other organisations and individuals who assist the veteran community in accessing DVA services and benefits. The CD version is also now freely available from this website, for anyone to download and install on their computer.

New users might find the User Guide very useful. This contains notes on the structure of CLIK and its various search and navigation tools. You can access the User Guide from this website or within the CLIK application, from the Help link, upper right of the CLIK home page.
