2Research and development relates to Australian Centre for Posttraumatic Mental Health and other research studies.

3Other commitments relate to Local Medical Officer/specialist arrangements for services relating to Coordinated Veterans’ Care Program.

DVA makes an annual contribution to the Commonwealth War Graves Commission (CWGC) for the maintenance of war graves. This contribution is based on 6.05% of CWGC’s budget.
